Some cheap and good quality hair transplant in east europe ?

As i live in Italy, wanted to know if there are some cheaps and good quality hair transplant surgons in countries of east europe and other lower cost countries. Idea is to save money. I know there are quite a few good surgons in India, Pakistan but having someone realy good in east europe will realy save good money.

And if anyone followed the same way, to get hair transplant done from other low cost country with good results ??
