Alright so I'm about to start a little regimine due to the fact that my temples are slowly receeding and my crown is thinning (Its more of a bald line going across the back of my head, kind of a part except horizontal in the back). I plan on getting a prescription for finasteride and then i'll probably buy nizoral 1% online. I think i'm going to hold off on the minoxidil and see the plan works out. Any how, I was looking into other supplements outside of the "big 3" and I hear spironolactone cream quite alot especially for receeding hair lines. So that leaves me wondering what kind of spironolactone cream would suit me best and where would I buy it? Im really unfamiliar with this and any response would be appreciated.

A lot of guys say that spironolactone cream is about as effective as oral finasteride but
others say it does nothing... in other words typical results LOL.
I tried it for a while but I was using minoxidil and it was too much trouble.
I ended up just adding spironolactone to the minoxidil. Not sure if it helps or not.

BTW... did you mean nizoral 2% online? You can get nizoral 1% in most US stores.
