I will update here if I notice improvements
First off I have very aggressive loss for 20 years classic horseshoe pattern loss
I can not tolerate meds or minoxidil so I did a ton of research here on natural products that have been proven in studies to work
My morning and evening topical will be a 50/50 mix wasabi tincture /propolis tincture . After the morning application I will apply Eruca sativa seed oil
After the evening topical I will apply Lepidium sativum seed oil and leave on overnight . There are regrowth studies on all of these if you google you can find the studies I also will microneedle once per week
As for internals I’m starting all new regimen and all of these have regrowth studies as well
1 Tbsp Cistanche deserticola powder with laminaria japonica
1 tsp sea buckthorn seed oil
10000 iu D3
60 mg zinc bisglycinate
2000 mg eggshell membrane NEM

I don’t think they will work but it won’t hurt… At this time after trying 100’s of combinations.. I don’t think any topical will work for what we want. They are only an add-on to the treatments 99.9% of male pattern baldness persons don’t do.,,
I think the problem is blood flow to the follicles are being slowly shut down because of unseen & unpainful inflammation which in turns damages the underlying scalp tissues where the follicles grow.. How they get inflamed is not the issue— it’s how to effectively treat something you can’t see or feel..but see the results…

Some post-hair transplant repair shampoos and natural hair growth serums contain all-natural, paraben-free, sulfate-free ingredients. Usually they include Biotin, Aloe Vera, Panthenol, and many other essential vitamins, plant extracts, minerals, bla bla. Some of them are formulated for post-surgery sensitive skin. So they're also effective at stopping loss for around 3 to 6 months.

It sounds like you’ve put together a solid regimen based on natural products with some promising research behind them. I think it's great that you're tailoring everything to your specific needs, especially since you've had to avoid certain medications and minoxidil. Combining external treatments with a strong internal supplement routine could be a really powerful approach.

I’d be interested to hear how everything works out for you over time! If you’re open to it, I’d also recommend exploring some other proven solutions for hair regrowth, which can be tailored to different levels of hair loss. Feel free to check out the link in my profile for a free consultation, and I’d be happy to help you explore other options! Best of luck on your journey, and definitely keep us updated with your results!

Really cool to see someone diving deep into the natural route with actual research behind it. A lot of people just throw stuff together and hope for the best, but your plan seems well thought out. Curious—what kind of results are you hoping for in the next few months? Slowing down shedding, regrowth, or just overall scalp health?

He gambles with his hair. Best to use finasteride+min to be on the safe side. Natural stuff can be added to improve results.
