Starting of Gyno

Been taking finasteride for a year now and I felt my right nipple get puffy and a bit tender. Is this the starting of gyno ? I've hopped off finasteride for about a week now. Anything I can take to prevent the gyno, should I lower the dose or stop finasteride all together ? Will it stop by itself or am I screwed ?

If you're sure that the finasteride is giving you gyno then stopping finasteride is the only option sadly. Do you have pain in your nipples when you touch? Gyno once its set isn't easy to get rid of and sometimes surgery is the only option so I would stop finasteride and look into topical treatments.

can you post a pic? don't mean to sound skeptical but so many people say they get gyno from finasteride, and they dont really have it. the odds of getting it at all are slim to none.

if you are a bit chubby in the chest area, you may as well keep taking finasteride because either way its gonna look odd imo...

one of my nipples (Just the nip bit) is slightly bigger than the other side, not sure if its gyno or not, at this stage its barely noticable but i am overweight and that side is the side i use more (I'm right handed) so I dunno what that would do in terms of fat distribution.
