I took testosterone and deca in 2012. I had very good hair, right after taking those steroids I started losing hair in 2 months. Half of my hair was gone in 3 months. I thought once I stopped taking those steroids, I will regain my hair back but it’s 2019 now and I am still losing hair and thinning, I lost 80% of my hair now. 3 months ago I did hair transplant for 2000 grafts but I am still losing hair.
Applying Onions have stopped the shedding but smell was horrible so stopped applying onions. I have been doing everything and I am still losing.
Can anyone explain me what’s going on with my body, is this irreversible?

Sounds like you were genetically predisposed and the steroids just triggered what was already there. Yea it f*****g sucks doesn't it. I guess we can't be young forever. But if you want some advise on how to hold on to your hair for longer, try castor oil in your hair. You can mix it with 10% DMSO by volume if you want to enhance penetration, leave in for two hours or so. And also dermarolling every two weeks with minoxidil daily.

Many would also include an anti-androgen like finasteride, but the small chance of side effects are just too grave to risk. I actually came to make a thread myself with some problems I'm having since dropping finasteride. Just thought I'd drop my two cents. Good luck with everything.

Thank you so much brother!! I just ordered this product called dmso hair regrowth spray from Yummymummy dot com. For some reason this website is not allowing me to post the link. Lots of good reviews about it.
I pray that it works. I can’t find dmso by volume anywhere ? Do you have any link

Hmm never heard of the product you mentioned. Just be careful, DMSO is not to be played with it’s a serious chemical that will allow other chemicals to easily penetrate your skin. As I understand it, it opens up your cell walls making an easy path way for other chemicals to get in. So be sure to exercise caution.

You can get both dmso and castor oil off of Amazon. The brand for dmso is heiltropfen, get the high purity version. The castor oil I’d recommend is the palma christi brand. You do not want jamaican black castor it’s no good.

Also, another warning. Castor oil is beneficial both topical and orally. But DO NOT over do it. It will cause you to sh*t your pants and can f*** your stomach up. I can no longer drink coffee without getting an upset stomach and chest tightness thanks to castor f*****g my stomach up. Well my fault for being a dumb *** and being reckless.

Just do 20 mL total, 2 mL dmso and 18 mL castor oil. You can mix up a batch for the week and keep it in the fridge. Be sure to mix before applying. Apply to your hair massaging it to your scalp. Leave in for 2 hours. Will lessen your shedding and may grow new hairs on your hairline. It actually grew weird hairs on my damn forehead way below my original hairline. Well, of all the things I used for hairloss castor was probably the most cost effective option. That’s the best advice I can give. Best of luck hope you make it.

Wow Thank you so much!!!
I have been using castor for the past few months but with no results. I will try with that dmso and the Palma christi brand castor. The only thing that worked for me is applying onion paste on my hair but I can’t go out or hug anyone because of the smell so I just stopped using it.
Also just started using fenugreek seeds
Just yesterday a lady told me to use progesterone to balance the hormones

If I can give you any advice, DO NOT mess with your hormones. I took finasteride for 3.5 years with only slight side effect of weight gain while on it so decided to drop it. Now I’m dealing with serious side effects I’m not sure I’ll walk away from. So don’t be foolish like me and think you’re invincible. Even if you lose your hair it’s not the end of the world. And if you really don’t kike the look get a hairpiece. Way safer than ingesting dangerous chemicals disrupting your natural chemistry. Just my opinion
