I was taking spironolactone 150mg for probably 5 months and had decent maintenance and possibly new regrowth. The only side was decreased ability to put muscle mass on, no negative gyno etc. I quit roughly 2 weeks ago and im already seeing negative impacts on the quality of my hair. It seems brittle or dry, much less full. I dont see any increased shedding though. Could this be just an adjustment to increased test or seasonal? Is 2 weeks long enough to see the impacts of stopping spironolactone? any insight? im also on duta for over a year and minoxidil foam.

I doubt two weeks are enough to see any effect of any decision on hair.
Having said that, the reason why most balding men do not take anti - androgens orally is that you cannot take them forever if you care for your "manliness", and when you stop them you will obviously suffer new loss.
