hi all

dear friends !! for some reason i have hard stress
i think this stress is reason for Intensification male pattern baldness
pls tell me
what is the safe way for stop stress ?

I think vitamine b helps with stress... dont quote me on that

A glass of wine! I'll tell you, there is no better way to relax. A glass of wine at dinner not only compliments a meal great but it also helps me at least to relax.

As with everything in life there are no quick fixes.

Smoking or drinking will only make it worse.

Try and think of better or different ways of dealing with "situations" that lead to stress. Remember there is nothing wrong with stress in moderation. If you are not stressed every to a certain extent then you are probably not going anywhere with your life or have won the lottery. The highest achievers in life are confronted with high levels of stress on a daily basis. You just need to figure out ways of dealing with it.

I am stressed at work all the time but a lot of it has to do with me procrastinating and being extremely untidy, so I never organised and my turnover of work is not as good as it should be ---> stress = vicious circle. My way of *alleviating* stress therefore is to f*****g organise myself better!

In general, as someone as already mentioned, a B-Vitamin complex is recommended.

Also, meditation is good.

However, the biggest stress buster is EXERCISE.

A healthy body = healthy mind ---> means you can cope with stress better.

Etc etc.

who has time to sleep 14 hours a day? most people can't sleep more than ten.

sleeping 16 hours a day is easy if you are depressed. depressed people do it because they don't like being conscious because it is painful.

Over sleeping will just make you more stressed. If you dont have a decent sleep pattern, your body will release some uncool hormones that will make ya depressed.

A way to temp. stop depression is actually to sleep deprive yourself. But dont do that :p

what is causing you to be stressed?

look at your life and daily routine...therein lies the answer.

either avoid the situations that cause you stress or else try hypnotherapy.

3 or 4 sessions with a hypnotherapist will teach you how to calm your mind and regain control.

what you learn in school teaches you to pass exams....its a whole new ball game in the big outside world...did they ever give you lessons on stress and how to handle it at school?

did they ever tell you at school that male pattern baldness could drive you nuts?

what about how to handle grief say when a family member dies?

how about getting sacked from a job or made redundant?

how do you learn how to handle all these things?

stress is everywhere and ready to welcome you.

try the hypnotherapist.

by the way testohate, i'm not surprised your'e stressed having to rub/pour/swallow all that junk that passes for your regimen into and onto your body.

Do something other than worry about hair loss...

Go for a bike ride
Read a book
Go see a movie with a friend
Do some creative things like art
Go to a museum

I need to get back to taking Vitamin B soon...
