I'm no expert, but it looks like snake oil to me. The only ingredient that will do much of anything is 2% minoxidil, however, given that they claim you need only use the product for 90 days the minoxidil is unlikely to be of any benefit. The rest of the ingredients seem to B-vitamin rich herbs that may or may not make existing hair appear healthier, along with a few obscure plants for the sake of making the concoction look more mysterious and thus legit. Saw palmetto, from my own brief experience, borders upon worthlessness.
Again, I'm a noob to hair loss treatments, but this appears to be yet another website calculated to capitalize on insecurities and lure individuals desperate for a "cure."
