I would like to cautiously relay some great success I've had with with 5% minoxidil and 7mg of adovart/60cc bottle. It's been a little over 2 months and the results are not questionable. I had a very noticable frontal thinning that has filled in over the course of about 2 months. Thus far there have been no noticable side effects. The liquid tab contents are easily dissolved in the minoxidil solution once the tab ends are pierced. I use tiny sharp scissors. Hope this info potentially helps.

Have you tried Minoxidil alone? At this point you don't have much way of knowing if its the minoxidil or the avodart, but Minoxidil has been shown to work in women... so chances are the Minoxidil is sufficient. Avodart is of a class of drugs intended *only* for men's hair loss, and finasteride (its colleague) has not been shown to do much for women with hair loss in trials.
It should be noted that Avodart, like Propecia/Finasteride is *NOT SAFE* for women to be handling.. let alone smearing on their heads. There are warnings all over the inserts about this, if you are a woman who is still of child bearing age, capability, or is currently pregnant. Please be careful dispensing information like this without the appropriate cautions to the readers!
