Has anybody had any success reversing their grey hair? I read that blackstrap molasses if taken for a long period of time can help reverse greying but wanted to see if anyone had any success with this or another method? Thanks in advance.

I've actually heard copper peptides could be a possible good way to reverse it. Haven't actually tried it but just Google copper peptides and gray hair and there's research it can work.

There are some case studies in the literature of darkening grey hairs with high dose of PABA (sometimes called vitamin b10, but it isnt a vitamin). Also high dose of vitamin b5 might help and I was on a carnivore diet facebook group for about 6 months and saw 2 guys go from completely grey to "semi" grey (half of the hair grey, and half dark) but effects was noticeable, as I found thats might be because of high amount of methionine (and arginine probably) in their diet.

Eh there are supposedly some remedies, but none are permanent afaik.
Of course, dyeing is an option.
I've seen some shampoos as well, in my country for example, a shampoo named Simpliq, but it has negative reviews so I wouldn't recommend it.
So your options can be:
-temporary, but I reckon this isn't what you're after
-permanent, which could be:
-some sort of surgery, out of the question
-some sort of pill or treatment, which I'm not aware of
So it seems like a non-permanent solution is the only option :-(
