sunken eyes

Over the last year my under eye area has been developing a hollow, sunken kind of appearance. To be fair, even at the age of 28 I still go a lot of weekends with perhaps 4-5 hours sleep, so this is kind of understandable.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good eye cream/moisturiser? It is my understanding that facial moisturisers shouldn’t be used around the eye area due to the thickness of the skin.

Thanks

Assuming you can't change your sleep habits, I'd suggest taking a large B-Complex supplement every day.

Thank you mate.

I should have assumed that another pill would be the answer :)

Is there not enough vit B contained within a good multi vit, centrum for example?

I advise against vitamin mega doses. i just take high doses of natureal multy isomer vit E for the anti oxidants.

I don't know why women sometimes put cucumbers on their eyes.

4-5 hours of sleep will affect more than just your eye lids. at least make sure you sleep on your back so you don't stretch your face too much all night.
