Hi guys i've been pretty acttive lately and want to start taking a carbohydrate supplement to make some gains at the gym. Im attaching a picture of the supplement and was wondering if anything in this complex is going to harm my hair. I dont use steroids or anything just this post workout for extra calories. Im taking dutasteride .5mg daily. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I had a house mate who was losing hair and not using medication.

It may have been coincidence but he was taking a mass supplement with creatine in, and he had quite aggressive hair loss.

But the posters above are right, its one of those borderline things, there is no definitive study to resolve it, I'm sure excessive creatine can't be great for your hair but for some people it may be completely fine.

For training I just prefer to not just mass supplements and go for BCAA instead.
