Switching from Propecia to Proscar

Anyone notice a difference when changing over from Propecia to cut up Proscar, has anyone lost ground? I know it's the same exact drug, but when you cut them up maybe the distribution is very uneven so that you end up with next to nothing in some of the pieces. BTW, I am using the brand name Proscar from my local pharmacy, not some bogus internet brand.

I did it with zero problems and still holding strong for a long time.

They might end up giving you the real true FDA approved generic called TEVA. Freaked me out when they did it but I'm fine......

I started to take propecia in the april of 2007 and switched to merck proscar 1/4 after 3 months. I didn't notice any changes to the progress of my hair when I made the switch. My hair continues to thicken.
