I switched my diet to encourage good health & hair growth. Made little difference.
I stop drinking coffee & it’s made a little positive difference.
I believe the scalp of balding is calcified, so it’s difficult for the hairs to grow.

If that was true removing it would cure male pattern baldness but it doesnt.

I've needled with 3.0mm before and literally dug up bits of calcium from the scalp, but it doesn't work. There are even studies that show 1.5mm is more effective, so the calcification of the scalp is pretty much bullshit. The idea is to prevent that sh*t from happening in the first place so that the follicles are still alive. If there is calcification then the follicle is dead.

I tried so many things after noticing my hair starting to thin a few years ago—changing shampoo, trying different oils, even dermarolling at one point. Honestly, none of it worked long-term.
