I need extra help to this regime below ( finasteride out of question due to sides). I have been advised on this site to try revita. I need an anti dht weapon eg revita, revivogen or sprectra

Currently gone very light on top and receeding as well since quit propecia, but still not giving up. Please let me know what I should choose, can give two a go e.g. spectra and revita. A little concerned about spironolactone, so thats out.

I will let you know how I get on so others can try it if it works.

Nizoral
Rogaine
silica
Hair multi vitamin (holland and barret)
omega 3
zinc
Vit b complex
MSM
Flax seed
Glucosamine
?
?

Thanks for all the support, hopefully this regime will maintain growth.

Topical spironolactone is not systematically absorbed. Check the studies.[/quote]

You reckon?
Thought I read a thread about spironolactone and chest pains/gyno etc..?

Thanks for advice though

I changed over to topical spironolactone and Revivogen due to finasteride sides. Its been a month and a half so far, no losses and no sides.

That pretty much sums up my 11 month experience after switching from finasteride to revivogen (no spironolactone). There was a brief shed when I started revivogen, nothing major. If anything, I seem to be gaining a bit of ground now actually.

There's hope without finasteride or dutasteride.

Good to hear that! I can now feel more confident about the future.

that would be me :)

I still advice you to try topical spironolactone, there are a lot of good evidence from users here, and no one beside me ever complained, so I guess I'm a very very rare f$$$$d case :)
