The use of T/Sal and Nizoral

Right now I'm using T/Sal and Nizoral 3-4 times a week. From what I've seen people saying on this forum, using them everyday or excessively is too harsh for the scalp and hair.

Could this possibly be only for people with sensitive scalps? My hair is never dry and never sensitive to any product. Could it be possible that I could use T/Sal and nizoral everyday?? Would using them everyday be more beneficial than just 3 times a week, or does it not matter?

I feel the same way, I experience very little irritation or dryness from nizoral, which is why i use it once every other day. I still would'nt use it more than that though.

I certainely wouldnt advise using Nizoral everyday. Thats too excessive. 3 times a week is fine though. Even T/Sal is too harsh for me to use everyday, I only use it prior to using my Nizoral because it aids absorbtion. If you want a really good everyday shampoo, try T/Gel.
