Hy guys.

Since finistride and minoxidil didn't work out for me due to side effects.

I am thinking of a new regime.
Your suggestion and openion are appreciated.

The regime is a topical solution comprised off the following.

1. Zinc sulphate 3%. = 5 alpha inhib
2.diclofenace 0.5%. = pgd2 inhib
3. Keticonazole shampoo. = Weak AA
4. Vitamin b6 p5p. = Support zinc
5. Citerizine 1%. = decreased Pgd2 and increase pge.
6. Topical castor oil.= Increase pge.
7. If this regime didn't work out well than I might add azalaic acid and microneedling.

My question are about vehicle can I make a vehicle without ethanol. As I don't have easy access to it I am in a Muslim state.

Can i use water and propylene glycol?

Also is there anyone currently on a similar regime would love to hear experience and share some ideas.

Any other suggestions.

I could look at some pictures but I think that you are wasting your time. That is too complicated and you have no idea if those things are even synergistic or not.

Hey what side effects did you have? I had had side effects from oral Finasteride, I use Topical Finasteride compounded with Minoxidil, never had side effects since. Plus no need to take a pill just apply to lotion once per day to the scalp and works the same but much less side effects.

See my thread if your interested in Topical Finasteride:

I have never had side-effects from any medication except from spironolactone and that might have the highest failure rate of any med used for HRT and hair loss except for cyproterone acetate (androcur). I think that OP might be gone. I haven't seen anything to indicate that PG is a viable path either but I am still learning about it as it is non-hormonal and complicated.

Ah ok, was that oral spironolactone?

Yes at 200 mg. I stopped it in May. It caused a mad shed last summer and I posted a couple of pics of my bald head. I am peaking more or less in my hormonal approach so I am hopeful that I can make some huge progress by Thanksgiving. Every day the hairline looks lower and the crown gets less thin. My mullet hair with all but diffuse thinning has changed into non-crimped hair that is getting kind of long.

After warning everyone off oral minoxidil because of random hair growth, dude, it struck me, "Janey, you don't have any hair below the lashes anyway" thanks to laser so I am a prime candidate and I just took roughly 10 mg, I hope. I need to get something standard to measure with. I will just watch out for the werewolf forehead hair and stop right away if I see any hairs growing under my hairline or in the middle of my forehead.

I guess I will save the foam for microneedling.
