I'm currently on the big 3 (with only minoxidil in the front) and I'm maintaining pretty well. But I was thinking of adding another another front to the fight. Better safe than screwed IMHO.

So, I was wondering what people thought of the 5% cream and if it was worth it. It seems reasonably priced, but I figured people here would know better than I...

i cant say if its helping or not for me

but im only like 2.5 months on the big 3

i added topical spironolactone like 2 weeks ago

it is an androgen blocker and suppose to "protect" the follicles by creating estrogen in the scalp follicles instead of DHT

this is just my opinion but using every option i have to stop hair loss helps me know that im doing every thing i can to prevent it.

the topical spironolactone is easy to apply at the hairline and temples after i apply MIN and since your already on the topical train ......i would say add it in you regiment. its fairly cheap and suppose to do a good job
