I am 26 and my hair has been thinning for some years now, tomorrow I have a consultation for a transplant, but I wanted to get some advice from people here, I am in Mexico and don't want to get ripped off. I have attached a photo of my current hair, and would like some advice on best course of action, how many follicles I would need? I've been quited $2 per follicle or graft (I cant remember) any advice appreciated!
