Looking early onset diffuse to me but at your age maybe get your diet in order, take supplements and see your Doctor to maybe see if a vitamin deficiency.

I dont think is vitamin deficiency or my diet since I eat a balanced diet, drink a variety of natural fruit juices and drink plenty of water. So I'll have to see if my parents even allow me to see a hair specialist or doctor

Well that is good news. If your hair is thicker on top than on the back and sides then it probably isn't male pattern baldness.

I'd say you probably have low ish density naturally. Your hairline may be changing from a juvenile one but it'll probably stil be NW1 when done. I see this happen a lot.

Is it changing to nw1 something I should worry about? I was looking at the Norwood chart and it doesn't look ideal

It might not be possible but I want the go back to what people call Norwood 0

Any hair you lose at 15 is destined to go. At this age you don't really ha r the option of anti androgens and they're very unlikely to work long term in protecting your juvenile hairline.
If you have no male pattern baldness then perhaps you could have a hair transplant when you're older to get back that juvenile hairline.
I work in a Japanese junior high school and see this kind of hair line forming in a lot of my students. Even my female stufents are experiencing loss of juvenile hair lines. I'd say about 10-20% of my students have it, sometimes starting at 12 or 13 believe it or not!

My advice is not to worry about it, accept it. Just keep an eye on it to make sure you don't have male pattern baldness and have a specialist check it out every couple of years.

So should I see a doctor now and wait for a while
