I would like peoples opinions on if they think its better to scratch an itchy scalp or not scratch and resist the temptation lol..

And would it affect hair loss??

I don't scratch it. Dunno why, I just don't feel it would help any. I think my derm said not to scratch it, that it will only make it worse.

For itchy scalp, get some Klorane with Quinina.

I use this shampoo, and I don't feel any itching sensations on my scalp anymore.(you could also try white or red clay masks while you're showering)
