Too much testosterone. Is there a natural way to lower it?

Hello. I've been on dutasteride for more than 15 years. I made a lab test 6 months ago. I have a bit too much testosterone.
I have changed my regimen, I now take dutasteride AND finasteride. I guess my testosterone is going to rise up again as these meds tend to lower DHT and rise testosterone up.
I know too much testosterone is not good for health, and I think I makes me a bit more agressive.
Is there a natural way to lower a bit testosterone? Thanks.

Cardio is good for lowering testosterone. You can also take an AR blocker to stop test from attacking your follicles

Incorporate more soy into your diet, I'm actually considering it lol.

When will this myth ever die..?

Clinical studies show no effects of soy protein or isoflavones on reproductive hormones in men: results of a a meta-analysis

Soybean isoflavone exposure does not have feminizing effects on men: a critical examination of the clinical evidence

What would be options for AR blockers?

My goal is to lower serum testosterone levels. It's not about hairloss it's about general health. Having too much testosterone is not very good...
Apparently soy doesn't work, neither cardio as the studies seem contradictory...

You could take a multi-tiered approach, you can

As a topical

- use nizoral, it does absolutely go systemic and I can "feel it" if I use it too many times a week, it will antagonize testosterone levels

as a supplement

- take inositol, as it is proven to suppress testosterone production

- take licorice root (if you don't have high blood pressure) as it also suppresses testosterone production

for dietary

- consume less oils, more vegetables and grains

- consume less red meat
