thanks for the feedback do you think it's less powerfull than ru or kx ?
I think the issue with all topicals is absorption in sufficient amount to block enough AR locally. I think RU is worthless. Kx I haven't used so I can't give you a personal opinion. I would like to see some experimentation into mesotherapy of these drugs and intradermal injections to overcome the absoprtion barrier; that I see as a potential beneficial treatment in the long term. As for now I think the only things that are powerful enough for topical use are finasteride, estradiol, and minoxidil

absolutely agree i tried to get some bica meso vial but provider are impossible to reach ? i'm a bit lost rn as what do to i'm a non responder to dutasteride 2.5 and i can't use topical anylonger so what should i do? i was thinking maybe low dose spironolactone but would that work? any advices?

spironolactone is a diuretic and has bone density issues. I think oral bica is much safer. If you go down this route you kinda have to factor in the cost for gyno surgery

thanks for the answer i just saw some old thread here with guys doing low doses without any issues and i read the percentage of gyno was like 15% at a low dose. i just want to try to hold on a few years . not sure what to do now tbh
