Topical Cetirizine Degrades in Water?

Theres an old post about cetirizine being degraded in ethanol. I´m not sure if its true tho

Hi i believe it has to be in distilled water , i mix in with minoxidil crushed up with the back of a spoon.I take 4 tabs a day also to stop your body attacking itself just like an antihistamine.

So you dissolve the tabs in distilled water, then add it to min, any results?

If your not using minoxidil dilute in distilled water once crushed up and add to the scalp.
If ur using minoxidil crush up and put in your minoxidil.
take 2 tabs of certrine a day and you need good hair supplements are based in the uk if you are i can recommend a good hair specialist and reasonably priced.
Ive been on finestrinide tabs foe 30 odd years it’s still a tried and tested method .
