Can anyone advise where is best to buy topical spironolactone ? I am In the UK or can pinpoint where to get some tabs relatively cheap no prescription to make spironolactone mixed in dermabase? Thanks

They won’t prescribe to UK patients, but I still buy from the compound pharmacy they use Trinova. The medical wellness Center is legit, but can only prescribe to USA patients.

You can get topical Spironolactone from uk hair loss clinic you will have to fill in a form for prescription and they have this mainly for females 2% spironolactone with or without minoxidil I have ordered some you will have to say you have Acne with male hair loss and it is not too expensive £70 for 100mls I have just got there Femsol 2% spironolactone with minoxidil and if you use once a day it will last many months. They also sell other topicals and have a free phone number if you want info.
