I've been using 2% spironolactione topical solution for about 2 months now (1-1,5ml once a day) and noticed that my libido significantlly decreased lately. Is it possible that it is a side effect of the spironolactone or it can be psychological (I'm having some issues at work, and I feel depressed in general - another side effect or it become my natural state of mind? - I remember feeling that way even before I started spironolactone). Has anyone here had any side effects from topical spironolactone ever? Basically it is just crushed tabletes put in alcohol so I'm really not sure if it has any effects on my hair loss at all cause I guess that very little of spironolactone gets through the skin actually.
