Topical spironolactone??

I have been looking to change my hair treatment a bit and was wondering what spironolactone is and where you can get it? I tried looking on the internet for some info but keep coming up short. I am looking for a growth stimulant for frontal (receeding hairline) as I am already on Finasteride.
