Hi,
I have been ordering my pieces through Richard / UK Hair Systems since 2018, however there was an issue with my last order and I'm waiting for a remake since November. I haven't received any responses to emails or messages I sent in the last couple of weeks, and the website is also gone, so I'm wondering if anyone else has ordered recently?

I have still not received the order or any response from him, so I would highly recommend not placing any orders with him any longer.

It's so strange, I was really happy with the pieces I got through him up till now, the quality was great, whenever I visited a new stylist they asked where the piece was from because they were so impressed, and all the pieces lasted a full year - not sure what happened.

Does anyone know maybe which supplier in China these pieces were coming from?

I find it worrying that @grincher hasn't replied because he was a long time advocate of Richard and I could see why - the quality was very very good. I hope Richard is OK.

My initial thought was as well that maybe something happened - but I asked one of the stylists he had recommended before if they can't reach out to him, and they messaged him and said they got a response straight away
