Unbreakable knot problems...affecting the base

Hi,

So over the last month I have what seems to be an unbreakable knot around the crown. After I washed it I tried for ages to try and get it out but no luck unfortunately. The system is a poly thin skin 0.05 and you can actually start to see like a bump in the base where the knot has formed! Does anybody have any ideas on how to get this knot out!

That's a major problem. That means your hair is extremely tangled, to the point the base is contorted.

C22 spray helps as this type of tangling has only happened to me when I get adhesive in my hair
