Unexplainable Hairy Knee Caps? I'm On finasteride (pics)

Dear reader,

I am currently on Finasteride only (43 days) and today I noticed how hair my kneecaps have become? I have hairy legs in general, but you can clearly see how much darker and thick the hairs are on my knee caps? Is this due to Finasteride? What is going on?
