Using AS Testosterone and Proscar?

Yes I do periodically.
I will usually take 750mg of test enanthate on cycle with some dbol if bulking. Possibly adding trenbolone later.
When cutting I will use winstrol, stacked with T3/Clenbuterol. Thats an unbelievable combo.
As far as it relates to propecia I don't notice much hair loss on a test cycle taking propecia.

In general dbol and winstrol aren't that great for your hair and I have noticed slight hairloss with them. However if you buy some spironolactone cream with it from minoxidil.com that will reduce the chance of hair loss to very minimal.
Also, I find the slight hair loss that can be lost on cycle is always regrown back afterwards as long as one continues with their combination of finasteride or Avodart and minoxidil.
If taking test I would consider slightly increasing the dose of finasteride/avodart while on cycle.

Many bodybuilders successfully use finasteride/dutasteride with heavy amounts of test.

Probably its better to use drugs that convert to DHT via 5AR, like test, as opposed to orals that are DHT derivatives ( Var, Primo, ect ). Those DHT derivatives may promote hairloss themselves, and 5AR inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride wont stop that.
A topical anti-androgen would also be beneficial if indeed it does what it claims.
Ive run a few oral AAS before ( Var, TBol ). I would say that Var didnt affect my hair much or at all, where as TBol did ( its very similar to DBol except it cant convert to estrogen ). Tbol also seemed to affect my prostate and made my semen different, I think it is more androgenic than Var.

Why would you want to take steroids and be worried about hairloss? Either do one thing or another. Even if you take huge amounts of finasteride steroids will always influence it one way or the other. Plus you grow hair on your back which alone makes me not to touch the stuff let alone the problems with liver, kidneys, cancer. Steroids are very similar to the drugs you take for hairloss on the matter that when you stop taking them there is no way you can maintain the gains if you are way over your genetic potential. Genetics catches up with you sooner or later it just depends how much drugs your body can take.

Actually steroids mostly have a bad rep from the media. Using steroids ( i.e. not abusing ) is generally recognized to be about as toxic to your body as antibiotics by physicians who use them.
Which is to say, if you run a few cycles over the course of a couple years, you have very small chance of getting any health related issues.
Still, anyone thinking about experimenting with their body this way should get blood work done, pre, and post cycle to make sure things are not getting hosed.

As for hairloss treatments I might just go with 3mg of finasteride for the 6 weeks cycle. And then go back down to 1mg after cycle. Also continue using the Minoxidil 5% twice a day
That should work good. I would probably run the 3mg for 1 week after last injection in case it takes that long for the excess test to leave your body. finasteride has a very short half life.
Good luck - what length are you running the test 8,10,12 weeks? Probably should only run the Var ~40mg for 4-6 weeks due to liver harshness.
Also it would be a good idea to run an AI like arimidex so you have no chance of getting gyno.
