I just read some things on this forum and somewhere else saying H&S can actually CAUSE or ACCELERATE hair loss. The f*ck?!? I've been using H&S endurance shampoo (about 3-4 time per week) along with keto 2% (about 2-3 times per week) for a loooong time now. What should I be washing my hair with? Only Keto?

It doesnt matter. If your on AA I wouldnt sweat the shampoo its a minor role in the grand scheme of things. Worry about the big things first and dont sweat the details because your not saving your hair whether you use nizoral or head and shoulders.

Well im screwed cause thats all I use is head and shoulders lol.

yeah dude head and shoulders is terrible, especially if you are using the "2 in 1 conditioner+shampoo" crap. they say it has some ingredients that can cause hair loss and in general is bad for your hair, i have seen i firsthand where i used it for years for flakes, but it dried the hell out of my hair. after i started losing hair i got the wake up bell, and been doing a lot of research.

from my personal experience, nizoral is hands down the best shampoo i have ever used for flakes. however no matter what shampoo you use, u NEED to use conditioner after you shampoo (unless maybe your hair is super greasy naturally?) and personally i have been doing whats caused co-washing which is washing your hair daily without any shampoo (i shampoo twice a week) - recommended for people who naturally have very dry hair, and my hair is nicer than it has ever been, too bad its falling out though now :(

Actually I prefer head and shoulders personally just helps my itch more than nizoral oddly enough. I dont see much a difference either way honestly and I had used nizoral for years never saw much of anything

i think head and shoulders fcked me up early..used to use that chit almost twice a day since i was a teenager and by the time i was 18-19, it dried out my scalp and changed the texture and consistency of my hair. wasnt loosing hair then but i went from having straight shiny black hair to curly frizzy wild looking hair. from that point is where i believe my male pattern baldness set on and hit me bad around 22-23 because of my already dried out scalp

no scientific proof, just my theory
