Went Out To Dinner With Wifes Work Friends...

It's a tight-knit group that I've been to many dinners and social excursions with over the years. We all know each other, have had barbecues, etc. I tend to wear a hat all of the time, because quite frankly I'm more comfortable and I look good in a hat. We were sitting at dinner, and one of the guys made a comment about my hairloss, and I really was caught off-guard, because I have never had any comments before. The fact he commented even when I was wearing a hat was surprising. The thing that gets me is that I would never address a percieved physical flaw on someone that I only know socially. This guy is someone I'm cordial with in those rare instances we all get together, my wife and his wife are much closer. I kinda just sat there and chuckled after the comment, but in my mind I wanted to rip him for some of his physical flaws. Why the f*** do grown *** men think it's ok to do that to another person they're really not "buddies" with. He's a cool guy normally, but that just pissed me off.

I shouldnt condone "Revenge" however, in my experience, you need a response at the ready

"Better than being ugly as a pitt bull like you"... followed by HAHAHAHAHA as if you are really sincerely making a joke.

Or pick out some major shortcoming: At least I wasnt fired last month! Whatever.

You have to up the ante and play that game to the death.

Which is really unfortunate.

Myself, i never "attack" anyone first for any reason.

I mean, who picks out somebodys flaw and broadcasts it publically?

It is a mental illness.

.......and to just "take" something like that with no actual response as if you are some milquesoast pussy........
well you just really cant allow that.

I didn't take it like a pussy...it was more of an awkward situation, another guy I'm better friends with changed the subject quickly as he was even uncomfortable. Let me also add, as I didn't mention, that I had been 2 double whiskey sours in at that point so I was kinda just chill right then. My comeback might have been clumsy and ill-formed, so maybe it's for the best.

Guys I'm taking finasteride1mg ED for almost 3 months
I saw some improvement in density initially but now after 3 months I'm shedding like crazy and my hairline has thinned out a lot
Is it the regular finasteride shed or something else

Has anyone faced shedding after 3 months of finasteride??

If we combine finasteride1mg ED and minoxidil5% once a day......is it effective for a longer time??

Don’t listen to anything @KyleTroy says. He is just a weirdo who gets off on giving made up exaggerated stories and giving bad advice. He contradicts himself quite often. In one of his posts he claims to be 50 years old, then he claims he’s 18 when responding to someone’s question. So he’s an obvious liar

To answer your question though. I would have told him upfront I found his comment inappropriate. Don’t expect people to just know how something makes you feel unless you speak up. Most adults will back off after that. If your in your mid twenties some guys haven’t given up on haveing that alpha mentality so if he continues is just an immature sob.

His comment was wrong but not voicing your needs and complaining is the wrong way to handle the situation
