Being new to hair loss, there's an entire history behind the Great Battle that is unknown to me. In particular, I've today stumbled upon RU58841-myristate. From what I've read, it's as effective as RU58841 yet with a lower risk of going systemic. Is this still the consensus? I've also read that it was sourced from a custom synthesis company, but they eventually stopped doing business with non-professionals. Was this the end of RU58841-myristate, or is it still in use today?

No, I am pretty sure it's dead. There were issues with it's solubility in solution and with it actually entering the cells or something. I have not seen a recent post with this in a while.
