Your hairline doesn't look like it has moved. You are a classic Norwood 1 (straight across hairline with no temporal recession). You look like you have a natural widow's peak (hairline converges to a point in the middle that is lower than the temporal points). Come back in a year if you're still bothered.

The areas circled in blue are what receded temples look like (I have approximately a Norwood 1.5): (upper red is my hairilne, lower red is no recession, and blue spots are receded temples):

See i would never look at you and think you was balding infact you're hair looks great, the reason i think am balding like you said my temples are moving up whilst my hair in the middle is further down and ive never naturally had a widows peak, also the long hair underneath the hairline are very scruffy and annyoying

I'm not actively balding, to my understanding. I've had that hairline for at least a year, maybe even longer. It is slightly receded, though. The hairs that are scruffy and annoying and kind of loose are called vellus/baby hairs; everyone has them (even women). And from all of your pictures, it does look like you've always had a minor widow's peak in the middle. Might be hard to tell from your pics because the lighting, length, and styling are inconsistent, but your hairline looks like it's never changed. Uncommon hairline, but I've seen it before. You still have your temporal points. If you're that bothered by it, just take pictures of it every 3 months and compare. Your hair and hairline look amazing right now, though.

Here's an example of what I mean by that hairline on a young George Clooney:

I've been taking pictures every weak for the last 2 years and tbf my hair is any worse than it was 18 months ago but it still so scruffy under the hairline I think its probably best to go to a dermologist as he could rule baldness out ?

Jesus man, you take more pics than I do of my hairline lmao. Yeah, a derm could definitely rule it out. If you want to be super thorough, you can get your scalp mapped.

Man its become and obsession i literally check my hair 20-25 times a day its pathetic, i just want to rule it out or treat it. Because if i am receding then finasteride would be good for my head of hair surely ?

I feel you. I have the same problem, lol. I highly doubt you need finasteride, but a derm will be able to verify. Get your scalp mapped for hair density. So, schedule an appointment, and in the meantime, keep your sanity, lol.
