TourdeForce24: Toppik is somewhere in between, I'd say (assuming that Dermatch is similiar in texture to Prothik or other substances that actually coat the hair).
Toppik's a very fine powder, which mostly makes the hair a bit dusty, but still soft. Whatever spray you use to "fix" the Toppik would be the contributing factor to how hairlike or stiff the final result would be. With a softer hairspray it actually feels somewhat hair-like.
