What to do in this situation?

Six months ago,My hair started thinning drastically. It looked very awkward seeing bald spots on a 17 year old boy. I cunsulted a doctor and he told me to apply topical mixodili solutionn. Fast forward to 6 months and I am quite happy with the results. The bald spots have disappeard and the crown has become visibly less thinner. Anyways,the problem lies with the sides of my head.They hair on them almost never grow. Though the scalp is not yet visible, it is certainly thin when compared with other parts of the head.What can I do in this situation?

It sounds like you have retrograde alopecia. Not much to do. You can add finasteride to your regime, but besides that, not much that I know of.
