I don't think spironolactone will help you ... its too weak and it will lower your testosterone, maybe not enough and not really fast. Bicalutamide will increase it, but binds to the androgen receptors. But do as you want, you should stay on dutasteride and try to live with your hair "not best shape" for the moment.
