What vitamin deficiencies cause hair loss commonly?
Iron and vitamin D are the most common, but B12 can also be a factor. I had low iron myself, and once I corrected that plus added more scalp-friendly care, the shedding improved. Evavitae’s serum gave me extra support from the outside while my supplements worked from the inside.
