Should I get castrated? Then could I save my hair?
Is there anyother way just to get rid of testosterone?
Transgender ed women do it, they get rid of all their testosterone. If I do something more serious, would that save my hair?

I was more so curious if that would cure it though. I am curious about the extreme measures of keeping hair. Is it even possible to have beautiful hair, if you are completely bald?

This trans person http://www.gourmetstylewellness.com/interact/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=46834kept her hair. She was a man that was completely bald. And now looks to have decent hair. I am more curious about these types of people. Here is some more pictures of this person, http://www.daniellehallett.com/galleries/hair-recovery-progress

If you did it before you lost any of the hair then theoretically yes it should stop male pattern baldness. That being said in a few years something like CB or RU might do nearly the same thing but be a little safer and easier to do so it might be worth waiting.

While castration will probably prevent the onset of male pattern balding, the other changes to you will make make stressing over male pattern baldness feel more like worrying over leaving a fork in the knife drawer or a broken shoe lace; castration as a cure to hair loss is a *very* silly idea indeed.

Besides, if you want to give up the idea of having children then there are ways to do it chemically which are slightly more reversible...
