asc-j9 ?

it breaks down the androgen receptors... so its better then fina or duta
and topical... with no sides...

Topical spironolactone is the only readily available, well-tested option IMO.

Hm but to be honest, you started too much topicals at once so it will hard to prove wether something works or not. ;)

RU + fluridil

spironolactone is ok if you are also on finasteride since it works well against testosterone but is weak againts DHT. You need to take action against the effects of DHT.
fluridil has zero side efects guaranteed, but does only a partial inhibition of the androgen receptors, not 100% since this is very hard to achieve.
Ru is good but expensive and a bit hard to get.

you can try spironolactone + fluridil and finasteride 1 mg per 3 days., to start.
Try reducing finasteride until the sides clear up. even if you reduce DHT by 30%, that will be of some benefits in combo with the aftermentionned topicals.

hey!

I had the same problem and JUST stopped taking propecia after 3 years, the side effects are not worth it, and im not touching it again, i tried decreasing the doses, but it still gave me a hard time and is $$$. I found if I used propecia as suggested above (every 3 days) it made the side effects worse because my body wasn't normalizing to the medication.

Since I am purely maintaining and don't need re-growth I am switching to the spironolactone cream, After doing research (on these forums) there are 2 cream options, the S5 sold on this website:
http://www.gourmetstylewellness.com/shop/catalo ... ucts_id=72

And the Dr. Lee cream (which many people said is very good) (http://minoxidil.com/) look for his 5% cream. That is what I am ordering and i am hoping it works.

cheers, and good luck!

Hair signals, virile mane, proxiphen, nano shampoo etc. They are all topicals that seem to be working for some people. I've just recieved hair signals, which im using with minoxidil and emu oil. I'll let you know how it goes in a few months.

Aloe Vera Extract, besides being natural is a great anti-inflammatory

I know that aloe vera is the magic plant that cures almost everything. It is used extensively in the tropics where it is grown as a herbal solution to a wide variety of skin problems and I know that it works in many...

So how do you use it at what point do you apply it throughout the day - before or after treatments?

Thanks,

Kev

Just my update. My hairloss has slowed right down but no regrowth. Its been 3 months so its maybe not long enough for regrowth. I'll post back in after the six month mark.

On further note i had side effects at first but they have subsided and sheds are barelly noticeable anymore.
