When Should I Start Treatment (crown Thinning?) 25

Feels like my crown area is thinner than the front. Most certainly I have caught this early is this is in fact male pattern baldness. Any thoughts please?

Honestly your hair might not even be thinning. Everyone's crown looks a little thin when it's wet. I would get an opinion of a dermatologist. If you are thinning, finasteride is all you need.
