Where to get spironolactone / dutasteride Prescribed

Good day all.. it's been a few years since I've been on here. Because of the tariffs I'm unable to source meds and would really appreciate if someone knew of a telehealth doctor that is familiar with off label use and would be willing to prescribe. I've got about 2 weeks left

I don't believe this is against rules as I'm asking where to get a legitimate prescription.
