First make sure you are using 1% nizoral.

I might try coal tar (TGEL). That is very good stuff where sores and itching are involved. How many times a week are you using nizoral??

BTW- Folligen is very good for scalp health but what you have sounds like it needs something like coal tar. I had these sores many years ago and TGEL resolved the issue quickly.

Good luck.

Man I hate folligen spray. Their shampoos are awesome but the spray did havoc on hair. It seemed like I was spraying toxic chemicals on my head.

However, it helps lots of guys. Tricomin spray is basically the same thing as folligen and that one was a lot better for me.

BTW- Folligen spray diluted 50% works better for some folks. I really think that is what tricomin actually is, diluted folligen.

It should be diluted in distilled water correct?

Yes or osmosis filtered water, which works well also.
