I've had window peaks when I was around 19 allready and since last year I've had some thinning on my scalp.

None of my uncles from both sides or my dad are bald.. they have all good hair. None of my cousins are bald as well from what i remember but i have shitty hair. I'm 27 currently. its declining but not very rapidly, what can i expect in lets say 5 years?

Looks like NW2, kinda hard to see any of the thinning due to the quality of the pictures.
Have you considered finasteride? kind of hard to predict anything.

side effects like finastride scare me tbh. i'd rather keep my libido . Should I go to a dermatologist? What can they do for me?

Basically confirm that you have androgenetic alopecia and give you a prescription on finasteride.
