who had success thickening up those thin/vellous hair on top

I don't have no bald spots, but I'm a diffuse thinner. If i can thicken those thinner hair i see around my thick hair, I believe I can recover to almost a head full of hair or fill in those spots at the top that shows alot of scalp. I'll appreciated alot if those who thicken those existing thin or even vellous hair
reply. According to the studys and many posters it's suppost to thicken up the existing hair, but hearing it from people who experience it is so much helpful.

Haven't had a lot of sucess with the Velus hairs. My experience tells me that when they reach a certain diameter point, there is not much hope for them.
