Who is completley unhappy with hairloss get a hair transplant. I am not saying this in a rude way, I am actullay looking for the resons why people do not get a hair transplant and spend the money if it is going to make thier quality of life go up. I am only 25 and now seriously thinking of filling in my temples. Yes, it will be expensive but can you put a price on the amount of happiness or just lack of anxiety in ones life. I am just trying to start and discussion and am looking for some opinions.

Firstly.. for lots of people it just isn't possible to find that sort of money, secondly.. the degree of hairloss in many cases doesn't currently warrant surgery. Also.. many people understandably think that it's a step too far, basically.. if treatments don't work they will just deal with it. Personally.. H.T is not good enough at the moment in my opinion, plus my hairloss is not that bad yet anyway.

I lose hair all over, top, sides, back, lower, mid, upper regions, you name it.

This kind of loss and follicular sensitivity is not suitable for transplantation and you know what, although I hate this "deal" with a passion, I'd never do a hair transplant.

Bodge jobs, Fcuk it!

collegechemistrystudent used student loans to pay for three hair transplants. beyond stupid and maybe even illegal, certainly immoral. but that's what he did.

I'd rather go bald then have a possibly fake looking hairline. Even most of the best case scenarios presented by the companies that do them just don't quite look right. Besides you never can tell what pattern your hair loss will eventually grow into and therefore could end up lookin even worse depending on where you do or don't lose hair in the future.

...very sage observations and advice here.
