I always see older people (+25 yo) more depressed, suicidal, devestated about male pattern baldness than their younger peers who suffer from it way earlier.
Every bald person who lost his hair at late teens/early 20's tend to show more acceptance towards it and they eventually get used to it.
Is it because older people experienced early youth with hair and how good life is with hair, so they tend to mourn more over the lose ?
Young people like me who lose their hair before their youth even begins tend to be more accepting because they're in denial of how youth feels when you have hair and how love, sex and affection from women feel and how it feels to lose all of those things after you got used to them.
It's like it's worse to lose something when you know how it affects life and how life feels great with it, than to lose it when you never knew it's true worth or how it affects the quality and the enjoyment of your life.
Sorry because i didn't express my point more clearly because brain fogs fucks my brain hard nowadays and i feel like my IQ dropped few points because of it
Just my 2 cents tho.
P.S : to not be misunderstood i'm talking here about how older and younger people feel towards hair loss and how it affects older people's mental health more, but we all agree that it's socially worse to be bald at early 20's than early 30's.
