Will finasteride restore crown

I am 25 yo with NW2.5 diffuse thinning.But I noticed that my crown has been thinning rapidly.I have been noticing it for a month.I used finasteride for a month and stopped as I had a bad reaction to it.I apply minoxidil just to the temples and my hair line where it is more diffused.Can the crown thinning may be due to minoxldil or the finasteride ? or its just my male pattern baldness super aggressive .When I started finasteride , I had only receding temples .Please advise I am freaking out.Thinking of going on finasteride again with low doses EOD.

I think he means 6 months but yes thats what was tested in trials if it could regrow crown.

i have been on it for 6 months, nothing changed so dont get your hopes up

finasteride has made my crown and middle much worse. Been on 3 months so far, hoping it gets better.

Nothing changing could mean it's maintaining.. I'm 4 months and hair is worse. Hopefully by 6 months I'll be a little better and just maintain from there. I'd be happy with that

Read my testimonial posted recently, slowed down the thinning and has restored enough crown to not make it much of an issue. Been taking it over 15 years now, but my recent mis-dosage screwed things up quickly with a fairly quick fix after dosage corrected. Testimonial is up in forum.
