I will provide further context in the comment section but this is where I am currently at in terms of baseline. I have maintained my hair quite well over the last 3 years but am still not where I would like to be in terms of re-growth. Since starting to lose hair at the age of 17 I have consumed quite literally thousand's of hours of research, reports, and studies which has led me to begin a less traditional and unorthodox approach to finding an adequate solution. It is probable that this regimen will get me to where I want to be (full density on the mid-scalp and filled in temples) I may just have to play around with the doses. Fighting hair loss is not a destination it is a journey, and the ultimate goal is finding a regimen that is sustainable in terms of ease of use, cost effectiveness, and least amount of "un-wanted" side effects".

Start Date: January 17th
New Regimen-
Finasteride 1mg daily (5ar inhibitor will block the conversion of excess test into DHT)
Oral Minoxidil 5mg daily (growth stimulant, highly more effective than the topical version)
Spironalactone 25mg daily (Anti androgen which should get rid of the remainder of floating DHT/Test)
Estradiol 1mg daily (increase E2 levels and lower Test (biggest growth agonist over extended period of time)
Estrogel .75mg daily (increase E2 levels and may have a localized effect)

Such a shame to see a young man with very little hairloss take extreme drugs. Are you trans?
A bit of HRT/ADT is actually the only way to combat aggressive hair loss / male pattern baldness, which started in teens, like mine did.
You always have to sacrifice something...

I was actually a norwood 4 at age 20 and my where im at now is with 3 years finasteride and 1 year oral minoxidil. Im not trans and dont plan on transitioning which is why I am taking low doses and slowly increasing until I get side effects that I dont want.

I agree. The goal with this regimen is to find doses that give me the growth I want with the least amount of side effects. Titrating slowly is the best way to figure that out
